By creating an account, downloading Yapper, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Yapper.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for your account security and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.

3. License and Acceptable Use

Yapper grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to misuse Yapper, including by:

• Posting unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Harassing, threatening, doxxing, or impersonating other people.
• Attempting unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or service disruption.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Yapper a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights necessary to share it.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Yapper may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

We may apply temporary or permanent restrictions based on severity, repeat behavior, and risk to user safety.

6. Third-Party Services

Yapper may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Yapper is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yapper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, reputation, or profits.

8. Termination

You may stop using Yapper at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice inside the app.
